Sid Shah brings over 15 years of finance, supply chain management and capital improvement program experience to OnIndus. As president, Shah is responsible for the vision of the strategic offering and short- and long-term planning, working closely with clients engaged in adopting new technologies to streamline their business processes.Prior to OnIndus, he was a key stakeholder involved in programs across various systems including ERP, Program Management Systems and Analytic Solutions at Accenture, e-Builder, and Janssen Pharmaceuticals; just to name a few. Shah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and holds various certifications in Project Management and Construction Management from the University of Columbia.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Vikas Handa is a proven leader with 30 years of experience in leading and managing global IT service organizations, IT Strategy and Global Delivery. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at OnIndus, Handa manages all operations, finance, technology assets, global delivery, and all partner relationships. Prior to OnIndus, Handa served as Founder and CEO of Frontline Consulting Services, a global BI Analytics, and Application Integration company acquired by TEKSystems and was a Co-Founder/Investor of Kloudgin Inc. a leading SaaS provider of Field Service Management and Asset Management Cloud solutions. Handa has managed large business transformation and software reengineering projects for enterprise customers and possesses a passion for customer care, employee development and exceeding expectations in every engagement. Handa has a Bachelor’s in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Varanasi and holds various certifications in Project Management and Construction Management from the University of Columbia.

Stephen Sproul has over 25 years of process engineering and software design architectural systems delivering efficiencies in telecommunications, banking, and construction solutions. As the Solutions Director, Sproul is responsible for the strategy daily oversight of the entire OnIndus portfolio. Prior to OnIndus, he worked at organizations such as Nortel Networks, e-Builder, and 3G Capital. Sproul is a world-class trainer with the skills to transform the most mundane topics to life having trained thousands of professionals in technology and construction throughout his career. His unique background in technology, workflow design, and construction – coupled with his experience with training allows him to easily connect to his stakeholders, and quickly identify their organizational needs for both technology and business processes.

Sr. Manager

Martin Aztiazarain commands a successful track record as a driven professional with 18 years of combined cross-functional expertise in project management and the implementation of program management information systems. As the Senior Manager, Capital Programs at OnIndus, Aztiazarain will lead the training and development of all client programs. Prior to OnIndus, Aztiazarain spent eight years at e-Builder holding various positions from business analyst, solutions engineer and learning and development manager and most recently was the project controls implementation manager at HDR. Aztiazarain has developed a reputation as a leading trainer and understands the intricacies of multiple vertical segments; transportation, government, health care, and higher education. His ability to comprehend multifaceted organisational issues and quickly frame effective solutions creates results in any environment experiencing organisational change as a result of system implementation. Holding a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Advertising from Florida International University, Aztarianian is also an e-Builder PMIS Certified Trainer.

Dinesh Budhiraja has over 24 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, and business process optimization. At OnIndus, Dinesh is responsible for the delivery of projects using a globally distributed delivery model. He is responsible for PMIS solution design, financial system integration, PMIS system data migration, along with business intelligence and analytics solutions. Dinesh’s problem-solving skills and result-driven approach has always ensured in timely implementation of customized solutions for the customer. His technology background enables him to envision and design solutions across applications within any organization.

Edward Hoagland is a versatile AECO and software industry professional with over 20 years of experience in successfully implementing multiple technologies and platforms. He is an expert in improving processes and project performance, with a keen focus on achieving bottom-line results for customer businesses. At OnIndus, Edward is responsible for leading programs and projects to execute implementations and ensure the successful PMIS adoption that spans every facet of the platform, including data migration, integrations with client systems, and advanced analytics solutions. Edward’s passion is developing and executing complex software solutions that deal with costs, project schedules, and analytics within capital programs.

Bret Elam is an experienced Project and Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare and technology industries. He is extremely skilled at Project Management, Software Documentation, Technology Systems Implementation, Healthcare Management, and Contract Management. Bret is passionate about helping construction owners to manage their systems and processes more efficiently, while delivering client projects without delays.

He has spent over a decade with the leading Healthcare System in Maryland. Most recently, he worked the state of Maryland, John Hopkins to setup Covid Field Hospital.

At OnIndus, he is responsible for Healthcare Capital Projects Strategy.

With almost 10 years in SAAS consulting and project management, Harold Booker Jr. has distinguished himself as a technology leader. From working for clients on Wall Street and now in construction, Harold has demonstrated his ability to be a problem solver and an expert at bridging gaps. At OnIndus, Harold is responsible for business development and advising customers on project controls and change management. Prior to OnIndus, he worked in Professional Services at e-Builder Inc., Trimble, and Misys Financial Software (now Finastra). Harold is a certified Project Management Professional® and a Certified Scrum Master®. He is a proud member of the Project Management Institute, 100 Black Men of Maryland, the Morehouse Alumni Association, and the Greater Baltimore Urban League.

Vandana’s background includes 15+ years in Software and Project Management experience across various industries including Big Four consulting firms, Financial sector, and the construction Industry. Her skill set and experience across multiple consulting projects include managing the complete software life cycle, PMIS Solution design, architecting BI and analytics solutions, PMIS data migration, Integration across different systems, and leadership-focused Reporting. Most recently, she led a team to successfully complete the migration of Cost, Funding, and Schedules from Oracle Primavera to e-Builder Enterprise for the Largest Housing Authority in North America. She is an expert in problem-solving and developing result-driven solutions primarily focused on cost modules, project schedules and analytics in Capital projects.
