During the conference’s second day, Sid Shah delivered a compelling presentation on the subject of ‘Resource Management for Owners.’ Sid co-presented it alongside Rick Niederstadt from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. Their collaborative talk shed light on effective strategies and techniques for managing resources in construction projects from the perspective of owners. The presentation was well-received by the audience and showcased OnIndus’s expertise in the field of resource management.
